I know how we simply want to try all the food in the world and keep dumping our system with junk food. We have this secret oath that junk food is a must when it comes to traveling, well it isn’t. So go try something new but yet again not for all your meals add lots of veggies and fruits to it and complete your eating with a dash of health. You can always snack on some fruits and juices to keep your system free from glutton.
So traveling is basically exploring every street and walking down the town. If you want to experience the city then the best way to do it is to spend your day in the street. You could meet people and visit places around the city. Travelling includes walking a hundred km but then it will be worth every step that you take. For that to happen you will have to take care of your hair in prior, nurture it and moisturize it and always carries a scarf. You can also braid it and style it differently rather than letting it loose and letting it drenched in sweat. We try to look cool and buy clothes that we aren’t comfortable with just to blend with the citizens. It is solemnly about what you want to wear so when you are traveling go for clothes in which you feel yourself, clothes that make you feel safe and cozy. Wear clothes that you could stay in for a week and still feel cozy in that way you can have the best of time without having to constantly think about your body.

Travelling, we often forget about things which we have to care the utmost. Your sanitation and cleanliness come first when it comes to traveling. So over time you set out on a journey make sure you have all your sanitary belongings. Don’t simply rush into bathrooms and toilets that are less maintenance make sure you step into a clean place and stop holding back your bladder which will cause serious infections. So take necessary care when it comes to your vagina. Carry your supplies and drink lots of water to avoid bad vaginal infections which will ruin your trip for you.
8.HEALTH CONDITIONS :
Check-in with your doctor and insurance carrier.Make sure that you have all of the proper vaccinations and that you have renewed all essential prescriptions. Carry with your necessary medical supplies and make sure you have the contact number of the hospitals in the city you are going to stay in.
Make sure your credit card will work in the country you’re visiting. 10.CARRY EXTRA CLOTHES AND EXTRA EVERYTHING :
So whatever you pack, make sure you pack in double or triple depending on the need. Carry extra clothes and lingerie just in case and also carry extra adapters chargers. Carry everything in pairs so that you are prepared for anything.
