Priyanka Chopra: Knowing her for who she is!

Know her as the sizzling Sonia Roy, the bluff-girl Simmi Ahuja, the innocent Priya, or the bold Kashi Bai, Priyanka is famously known to hammer her presence in the industry like the dazzling firework she is.

She kicked asses as Roma and won hearts with her killing smile in Fashion.

Her recent entry in Forbes Highest paid TV actresses in the year 2017 was nothing less than a moment we all must have mentally saluted her for achieving the distant dream!

When it comes down to idolizing any female celebrity, Priyanka Chopra, PC or as Abhishek used to say ‘Piggy Chopps’ is one of the few people I personally look up to.

She has not only transformed physically over the years, but her charisma has taken over the industry and given it a new status by just being a part of it.

Where she was bold enough to play an obsessive woman in the movie ‘Aitraaz’, she also nailed the role of a mentally challenged girl in the classic movie ‘Barfi’.
PC is one of the very few actresses who has never been afraid of speaking their mind and telling the true feelings they have about any issue.

She is not just an actress but a singer and a dancer as well. This former Miss World stole the limelight from Deepika Padukone with her sexy act in ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela.

As a matter of fact, she alone has put many Bollywood singers to shame.

She has tried every aspect of being an artist.

Indian actress, singer, film producer, philanthropist, and the winner of the Miss World 2000 pageant. One of India’s highest-paid and most popular celebrities, Chopra has received numerous awards, including a National Film Award and five Filmfare Awards. In 2016, the Government of India honoured her with the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award and Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world. Forbes listed her among the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women in 2017.

Although Chopra initially aspired to study aeronautical engineering or criminal psychology, she accepted offers to join the Indian film industry, which came as a result of her pageant wins, making her Bollywood debut in The Hero: Love Story of a Spy (2003). She played the leading lady in the box-office hits Andaaz (2003) and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004) and received critical acclaim for her breakout role in the 2004 thriller Aitraaz. In 2006, Chopra established herself as a leading actress of Indian cinema with starring roles in the top-grossing productions Krrish and Don.

To be honest, these heroines must learn something from our babe. Her versatility is to die for! She is not only a commercially-viable 100-crore heroin but is also a National Award-winning actress.

Just to put it in perspective, she pulled off the role of Roshan’s wife in ‘Krisshh’ just as smoothly as a complicated role in Vishal Bharadwaj’s ‘Saath Khoon Maaf’.

She’s been winning hearts since she touched 18. She went from being an introvert to ruling the hearts of millions by courageously engaging in a world pageant at the age of 18.

At an early age, she had decided what she wanted to be. She is a clear example of how easy it is for the audience to comment on someone’s success, but it’s very difficult to invest all efforts to show your passion in the field you have chosen.

She has seen the casual teenage years of bullying and having existential issues with her identity; the story and her journey of overcoming those hurdles are what truly makes her who she is.

She is one of the only actresses who has successfully made a mark in the Hollywood industry with her passion and dedication along with the silver coating of humility. Be it her movies like Baywatch or the stunning role of Alex in the famous ‘Quantico’.

Over the years, on screen and off screen, she’s only proved that she was born to be a star. There’s something about the way she carries herself that demands your attention. Be it her daring, her perfect style, her ladylike delicacy, and beauty, or her inevitable charm, she always stands out in the crowd. Her mere presence shades out the rest of the world.

She has a crazy fan following wherever she decides to land: Instagram, facebook, twitter. You name it.

Every hero we know has had some setbacks and problems but it’s how they deal with it that truly makes them who they are. Even after some terrible releases, she didn’t give up. She was there through the phases and didn’t back down from learning something new every day.

Priyanka Chopra is one the most successful artists across the globe and truly is my Shero!
