Hey you fashion addicts! Are you in for the coolest fashion extravaganza of the year? 😀 Well it is time again for one of the biggest fashion week of country to give us all the inspiration we need for this summer, its Lakme fashion Week Summer Resort 2016! Should we say the fashion week has started on a right time, when the scorching heat has just begun to rise and we would obviously need an inspiration. So let’s wait no more and have a look at what day 3 was like at Lakme Fashion Week Resort 2016!
Day 3 saw coming amazing designer coming together but one designer’s collection I was waiting to see desperately was Anushree Reddy’s Mughal India! All of her collection was fabulous with her signature pastel colors, shimmery detailing and beautifully made hems but how stopper Shruti Haasan dazzled us with the mint green lehenga with touches of pink and not   to forget brocade silver choli and printed blouse! In love already!
Next on our list is Dhruv kapoor, the fashion guru of androgyny brought us yet another collection filled with androgynous clothes with relaxing summer fit and lots of varied prints. Watch out for relaxed loose jacket cover-ups in pastel colors with big pocket detailing over a high neck, relaxed loose electric bottom to match it and high-tops! Summer relaxed look done right!
It was a print party at Ajay Kumar show, for both men and women. Beautiful floral prints, asymmetric prints, on the canvas of summer loving colors blush pink, sunset hues, blue, whites and what not! We love the male interpretation of summer with men wearing colorful pant suits, shirt and pants, scarfs and cover-ups! This is season for man should we say? 😀
If we say there is one designer collection that is  definitely making place in our wardrobe is gotta be Nishka Lulla’s. Simplest designs presented in a spectacular ways, that is “She is Me” collection by Nishka Lulla! Apron dresses, cape dresses, flirty midi dresses, crop tops in pastel colors and small floral prints, this is what every fashion addicts want this summer!
Make way for the Maharani of India at Payal Singhal’s show! Payal Singhal showed an exquisite collection on day 3 bringing the Indian vintage at the ramp combined with rich textures, fine embroideries, lovely brocades, luxury Chanderi, muls and everything shine and gloss! We are head over heels at show stopper Shibani Dandekar’s maroon lehenga with touch of gold. breathtaking is the word for this gorgeous outfit.
Thinking earthy hues for summer? The think Antar agni! Dull soothing earthy shades presenting a rather fuss free collection, antar-agni aces the simple formula for summers! With nude cover-ups, scarfs, layers, this collection is already on our hit list.
Among other lovely collection were Aiman, Rahul and Shikha, Jayanti Reddy, Piyush Dedha, Anjali, SVA and Urvashi kapoor’s presented their lovely collection too that was nothing but sheer brilliance!
