Glimpse from the Vogue Women of the Year Awards 2018

Vogue women of the year award 2018 happened last week and it was a delight to see all the powerful and successful women walk the red carpet of the show. We saw a lot of  Bollywood beauties and the ‘men we love’ walking stylishly at the red carpet of the event. Here is the glimpse of some of the ladies and what they wore for the event. We have a slight personal review on their styles, so do check out the blog post.

1. Radhika, the Red Ruffled Lady

Radhika Apte has done so much of incredible work this year and she had to be there at the Vogue women of the year awards 2018. I am not a big fan of side ruffled detailing on the dress and hence she is not the best-dressed celeb for me, but yes, she does it carry it off well.

2. Falling for that Wine

Literally, I am falling for that wine shade. It is such a great shade for the fall season and I love the way Kiara has carried it. The outfit and the makeup is a win-win situation for me but I don’t like those awkward earrings and things could have been better in that area.

3. Shimmery Vibes for the Night

I love the makeup on Nushrat for the Vogue women of the year awards 2018. I even like the colour of the dress but that fabric and texture of the dress are very outdated. It does not look fresh and fabulous for some reason. Nushrat did quite a good job in carrying it off well though.

4. Black is the New Black

I love the upper part of this dress worn by Illeana. The plunging neckline is amazing and she carries it off well but the sleeves could have been better. The lower is above average for sure but we have seen those drapes for quite some time now.

5. The Black Dress

Quite a few people opted for the black dress for the Vogue women of the year awards 2018 an I assume a lot of people did it for being safe. Preity Zinta played quite safe with a bedazzling black dress which was nice. But we have seen Preity doing amazingly well in her dressing in her times so of course, we expect more.

6. The doll is Up for the Glam

My personal favourite fashionista from the Vogue Women of the year 2018 awards was, of course, Alia Bhatt. Alia has the best stylist and the best styling sense in the current generation. I love how she never gets is wrong with her choice of outfits. That beautiful black dress with that young looking hairdo and fresh makeup is so apt for the night function.

7. Shimmer N Shine for Sure

Kapoor sisters are the most fashionable duo in the Bollywood industry and yes, I am talking about all the Kapoor sisters here. Lolo being Lolo again carries this statement piece with all the grace and spunk. The best part is the sleep back pull hair and fall makeup that is going too well with this outfit.

8. No One Does It Like Bebo

Of course, no can do it like Bebo, no matter what! This multicoloured muted toned plunge neckline bodycon dress is such a stunner in itself and Bebo makes it all the way more glamorous. I love the dewy makeup and that hairdo for sure. It is a ten on ten look at the Vogue women of the year awards 2018.

9. That Plunge Neckline and Trail

Mouni Roy is one hell of a sexy girl and she knows it. She knows the silhouettes that look great on her. Her stylist works amazingly on her as well. This teal blue plunge neckline gown with that high slit and decent trail is an amazing outfit for this show. However, something cooler could have been done with her choice of footwear!

10. Glittering in the Gold

Janhvi Kapoor never fails to show up her glamorous side on all the red carpets or wherever. After showing a lot of fusion and Indo-western looks, it is really fresh to see something like this on Janhvi. We love how she looks and carries off this one. From makeup to hair, everything is fabulous.

So, which Bollywood diva wooed you with their stylish looks from the Vogue Women of the year awards 2018? We all over liked only Alia and Kareena. Let us know your choice in the comments.
