Now without wasting any more time I want to tell you what’s today blog post all about. Well yes indicative from the title, it is a look book of Day 3 at GIBFW Season 2. 😛 Whenever I get ready for some special event, I can never wait enough to share my look-book with you all, it is because of your love and support. <3 Okay now lets get started on the look-book, read on to what and how , I wore to GIBFW Season 2, Day 3.
The Dress!
I skipped the second day of GIBFW because of Karwachauth Pooja, so I decided to go one extra mile with my look on Day 3. Like always after putting in a lot of thought, I decided that I would go with a two piece dress ( co-Ord set) because two is always better than one. 😉 When you are blogging close to one year you have so many things in your wardrobe and sometimes it becomes impossible to decide what to wear. But while going through my collection I found something apt for the occasion, a black Co-Ord set from N gal and has been not worn it yet. It has a lace back crop top and a pencil skirt both in black. Laces and sheer are gonna be the next big trend in next Spring-Summer and Fashion Forward Talks at AIFWSS 2016 validated the same. If you are not a fan of Co-Ord, you can buy both the things separately, in different or in same colors and pair them up whenever you want.
Here you go for Co-ord set.
Shoes and Bag!
When I decided to go with this black co-ord, I knew I am gonna pull off a total black look like a badass! 😀 So it was not really difficult to choose the bag and shoes. I hunted for black pieces in my wardrobe and Viola! Two of my favorite pieces popped up, my Forever 21 gladiator sandals and my black Lavie bag. Now if you have read my earlier post you must have noticed I am in love with these two and lately wearing them a lot. I am putting down link below for you all to shop them as well. :*
Gladiator Sandals: Lace-Up Gladiator Wedge Sandals
Similar Bag: Lavie Butcher Women’s Tote Bag (Black)
Other Accessories!
I wanted to give it an all-black look but I also wanted to throw in a little color so I added a red and black bracelet from Archie’s and red nail polish from MAC to go with it. Red makes black look so ferocious. <3 For the neck piece I kept it in the tone of my dress by going with a black beaded chain to give it a complete rocker chic look. I also added dazzling long black earring, I wanted to wear my black tassel earrings but they are lost in this relocating. :/ But nonetheless I loved how the entire look fell in place with all the accessories.
Similar Bracelet: Red Crystal Bracelet
Similar neck piece: Sarah Rhinestone Multi-Strand
Last but not the least I kept my make-up routine the same way I used in my earlier events, I just threw in a Ruby Woo lipstick from MAC to glam it up. If you haven’t read my make-up routine, read it here in my AIFWSS 2016 lookbook post:
