5 PRE Bed snacks to look Lean and Sleep better!

In a perfect world, you eat your dinner as early in the evening as possible, and you don’t snack after dinner. If you follow this salute to you.
However, who among us lives in a perfect world? If we follow above i.e if we eat too early, we will suddenly become hungry just as we try to fall asleep. As a result we don’t get sound sleep too because of those hunger pangs.
You don’t need science to tell you that a bad night’s sleep makes you feel moody and irritable the next day. But did you know it can also make you fatter? Research in the journal Sleep found inadequate sleep increased junk food cravings the next day, so try these pre-bed snacks to help you sleep better and look leaner.

1. Bananas
At about 100 calories each, this sweet fruit will help squash any sugar cravings you might have after dinner. Bananas contain tryptophan(an amino acid that helps put you to sleep) too, and it’s also a precursor to serotonin, the happy hormone that promotes feelings of well-being.

2. Whey protein shake
Research suggests eating protein before bed helps your muscles better utilize the amino acids for protein synthesis, and building lean muscle is key to getting rid of fat.

3. Peanut butter with brown bread
This combo is delicious and filling, moreover peanut butter also contains tryptophan, an amino acid that helps put you to sleep, and the B vitamins in whole grain bread will help you absorb it. Healthy monounsaturated fats keepss you full and blasts belly fat.

4. Greek Yogurt
High protein and low sugar content (in unsweetened varieties) makes this snack one of my favorite. The protein is filling and can help you build lean muscle while you snooze. It also contains the amino acid tryptophan, which is needed to make
melatonin, the hormone behind making you sleepy.

5. Almonds
Almonds are fat burning superfoods. At 5 grams of protein a serving, they’ll help you repair muscle overnight, and the fiber will keep you satisfied. if you prefer salty snacks than sweet snacks then roast 10 – 12 almonds in pan, put some salt and pepper and your munchy almond dish is ready

Be happy, Be Healthy.

Cheers!
