Who doesn’t love radiant skin? Like they have just been born? I know each one secretly wishes for that newly born skin. We all envy toddlers and babies with that purest skin. So what if I tell you-you can have the baby skin back but all it needs is a little more love and pampering. So for all, we know we think that washing our face or cleansing it will bring down all the dead cells. But no no no! The magic begins only at exfoliation. Regular exfoliation is your secret for everything. Throughout the year, our skin goes through changes, pollution, and a lot more and our skin has to basically adjust to whatever the environment is throwing at it. So the only way to help it rejuvenate is exfoliation. If exfoliation is new to you then don’t you worry for that’s why we are here.
1.Basically, your skin does its part too, it exfoliates naturally every 25 days, the process is effective up until you reach 30 and then it gradually starts slowing down. Now with this evil pollutants, that’s taking over the world natural exfoliation is no longer effective so that’s when we are to start doing our part too.
2. Exfoliate everyday especially every morning, your skin renews itself overnight so the best time is to exfoliate in the morning.
3. There are many types of exfoliants: Exfoliants come in many shapes and sizes. So before you choose make sure you know your skin. Be it dry or oily this one for each type of dry skin stick onto mild exfoliants which does not scratch or rupture your skin. For the oily stick onto round beady exfoliants which can control oil.
4.HOW TO :
If you are an excessive dry skinned person then Concentrate exfoliating on the places where your complexion is especially dull, flaky or uneven. But go smoothly on it, don’t over exfoliate.
Gently exfoliate in circular motions in a regular pattern. Take it slow and easy and let the blood flow. A little goes a long way — let the exfoliating particles do their job. You just want to facilitate the glide across the face, that way your skin feels great. You can also use exfoliating brushes that are becoming a major need these days.
5.Moisturise after you exfoliate, exfoliating will leave your skin dried and fresh so always remember to moisturize it for a much brighter skin with sliding smoothness.
6.Waxing counts, too: Waxing your face is also a form of exfoliation. So, if you are planning on waxing an area on your face, make sure you avoid exfoliating your skin before and after your wax to prevent any damage or discomfort from occurring.
SCALP EXFOLIATION :
Yes, your scalp needs exfoliation too, you wash your face every day but we don’t wash our hair as often do we? So yes your scalp needs the most then you skin ever does.
Exfoliation scalp will help remove the dead cells and also to relieve itchy and flaking scalp. And also most importantly it will help reduce hair fall and prevents clogging of hair follicles.
HOW TO :
You can choose when to exfoliate either during shampooing or during conditioning and also before you even wash it.
You can use honey and brown sugar mixture and massage it well and rinse it.
Lemon and vinegar are amazing exfoliants for the scalp. But always remember not to overdo it. Take time and gently massage your scalp and rinse it well.
Exfoliation is everything and also don’t ever forget to condition/moisturize it well after the process. experiment with all the natural goodness that the world has left us with and make the best use of it. take care of your beautiful skin and hair and give them all the love they need.
