Coffee Body Scrub
Coffee Body Scrub is:
• Nourishing
• Great for dry skin
• Exfoliating
• Made with everyday kitchen ingredients

• ½ cup coffee grounds
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup coconut oil
Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container. I recommend using body scrub in the shower first thing, before you wash with soap, because there will be a slight residue left on your body that you will need to wash/rinse off. Take about a tablespoon at a time in your palms and rub in circular motions onto your skin. I use about 3-4 tablespoons each time I exfoliate to scrub my entire body. Rinse off and wash body as usual. Store any leftover coffee scrub the fridge (to prevent mold) and use the rest within two weeks.

• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 2 tbs honey
• ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
• ½ tsp vitamin E oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and store in an airtight container.

• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and store in an airtight container. Use daily for better results.

• 1 tsp coconut oil
• 1 tsp brown sugar
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and store in an airtight container. You will never back. This scrub is amazing.

• 1 ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons of green tea powder
• 2 green tea bags
• 1 cup of coconut oil (can substitute with olive oil or grapeseed oil)
The first thing you need to do is make a strong cup of green tea. Set it aside to let it cool. I use distilled water however, you can use tap water, but your mix will keep longer if you use distilled. Using natural sugar will make a coarse texture. If you prefer, you can sub it out for granulated sugar. Put your ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
Pour in tea a little at a time. Using the dry tea only increases the scrub effectiveness. Plus it smells fresher and adds texture. The scrub mixture is ready when it looks like grits or wet sand from the beach. To preserve the green tea scrub, don’t use the brewed tea, rather just use the dry tea from the bag.
